  • ½ oz apple cider reduction (simmered cider until slightly syrupy)
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel
HOW TO PREPARE
  • Stir with ice until chilled. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. Express orange peel over the drink and drop in.
