INGREDIENTS
  • 1½ oz Swol Añejo Tequila
  • ½ oz dark rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz lime juice½ oz orgeat syrup
  • Garnish: Mint sprig, pineapple leaf, or edible flower
HOW TO PREPARE
  • Shake all ingredients with ice.
  • Strain into a tiki mug or rocks glass over crushed ice.
  • Garnish tiki-style!

Use freshly crushed ice to chill the drink quickly and keep it refreshing without watering down too fast. For a true tiki vibe, layer your garnishes—start with a mint sprig, then add a pineapple leaf and top with a colorful edible flower. Before garnishing, lightly slap the mint to release its aroma. Bonus: lightly toast the orgeat syrup beforehand to add a subtle caramelized note.
